This house should have been stripped to studs the old houses have mold between the Sheetrock and brick 🧱 plus they usually have little to no insulation not to mention replacing the AC ducts 😅 oh and don’t forget replacing all of the old pipes underground--the budget should have been $300,000 minimum

The thing with spraying is once you’re fast at prepping you’ll paint a home in half the time maybe less but it takes a lot of practice to get there. When you see a real professional prep a home it’s mind boggling how efficient they are with that masking
